The overall feeling was good, but unfortunately there were too many problems, although I don’t know who is responsible.
I couldn’t turn off the flashing light in the middle of the night.
The alarm started ringing at around 5 o’clock in the morning, accompanied by the flashing light. It was a very annoying night. I gave up.

Very Good
Eeva choVery hygienic and tidy, more than comfortable and convenient. I will invite friends to come with me next time. It is a rare experience when traveling. You can also take your children to participate in parent-child activities. There are many attractions to visit, and there is also Feng Feifei Story House, which parents love. It is a highly recommended hotel to stay in when traveling! That's perfect, thank you!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

GGuest UserI was looking for a place where I could check in late because my flight was arriving at dawn. Since check-in was 24 hours, I was able to check in even at 3 or 4 in the morning. The owner was very kind and nice. The room condition was also very good, and the necessary shower supplies were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.

SSAHARI Stayed at Benz hotel With my 4 year old child. Everything was Excellent, Specially my child enjoyed the Characters of Spiderman, Ironman etc. This theme makes Benz hotel more Special and kids Friendly as well.
I will prefer this hotel for future trips and will recommend to my friends.Thank you 😊

GGuest UserI needed an overnight stay in Taipei for my flight next day. Blue water is perfectly located, only 10 mins walk from the Taoyuan HSR. Total travel time from airport to the Hotel takes around 40 mins. The hotel is currently offering free airport drop off service (not pick up). There’s a 24 hour Mcdonald nearby, on your way from Taoyuan HSR to the hotel, make sure you grab food it is the only restaurant on the way. The hotel lobby offers small snack at 11pm every day. I am impressed by the cleanness of this hotel, the room, the washroom and shower facility are super clean, free of any hair. I would stay here again if I’m transferring in Taipei.

GGuest UserThe location was in front of the fire station with a big sign, so it was easy to find, and the front desk responded quickly, so I was able to stay smoothly! It was nice that the Taoyuan Night Market was within walking distance. Also, the front desk called a taxi for me, so I was able to get there smoothly! I was glad that the TV in the room could watch a variety of content, including Disney Plus and YouTube.

MMariettaWe travelled by family,so i booked for triple bed.We are assigned in room 508 and the room is cozy,bed is comfortable to sleep with complete towels,drinking water and toiletries but there was no available toothbrush it's good that i remember to bring our own.
The hotel is big and old but manage so well.Location is good near train station and other establishments and also distance to airport is not a problem.The best is that they have their own parking for their guests.Breakfast is also serve which is hard to find when choosing a place to stay overnight.The staff is also accommodating.
They just need to pay attention for the smell of cigarette and there are some corners of the room that never pay attention to clean.This is a minor problem that needs improvement.
All and all I can still recommend this place and will looking forward again for future booking.Not bad!

KKUANCHIEHThe room is clean but not big. It's fine for just one night's stay. The bathroom is big, but you have to climb two stairs, which is a weird design. The hotel is in a weathered area. There is a KTV downstairs. There is a smell of smoke coming into the bathroom, but fortunately it does not in the bedroom.

ZZheyeI am grateful for the kind service I received despite checking in at dawn due to a delayed flight. However, when I walked to the station, there was construction work on the way, and it was very difficult to find my way, so I took a wrong turn and had to turn back. Even after I corrected my path, factory vehicles appeared as if to harass me, and on top of that, the road was bad and it was very difficult.
