This check-in was not pleasant because I had to wait for 3 hours. I placed an order at 14:40 and arrived at the hotel at 15:10. The counter had not received my order yet. At 18:00, I asked Ctrip and the reply immediately confirmed that it was OK. Ctrip handled it in time and I I asked if the counter was open again, and the answer was that I couldn't be found, so I would wait in the lobby. At most, I would go outside to smoke and then come in and wait. I went back and forth. The point was that I was waiting there. I also misunderstood that it was a Ctrip problem. It turned out to be a hotel problem. This is the first time I have encountered this problem in the past few years. In short, I just feel uncomfortable.

This is my second stay. It is some distance from the train station, but very close to the Zhongli Interchange. There is less parking. If you come late, you have to find a parking space by yourself. However, the overall space is comfortable, bright and spacious, and the staff's service attitude is also very good. , the room is neat and clean, the breakfast is exquisite and delicious, the cp value is very high for the stay, will visit again.

I would highly reccomend even though i stayed just for a night. As a hotelier myself, the staffs services are impeccable. Would greet you when you alight from the cab, and assist you whenever possible. The smiles are always there, which makes the stay enjoyable. I had a complimentary upgrade for the night, and I would say the room facilites are wonderful! A toilet seat warmer with built-in bidet, with sepeated shower area. Did I missed out the rain shower function? Wow. 15mins walk to Zhongli night market, and to the nearest train station. Even walk out of the lobby to redirect me to the correct direction towards the train station. Once again, kudos to all the staffs.

The hotel is located just above the MRT station. You can go directly to the hotel as soon as you get off the MRT. There is also a department store downstairs for shopping, and it is also very close to the outlet. It is worth recommending 😁
