Lavande Hotel (Changde Taoyuan Taofang)

We booked the hotel on Ctrip at around 7pm on January 24, 25. We arrived at the hotel around 10 or 11 pm. I went in and asked the front desk where I could park. The front desk clerk told us with a bad attitude (you go find it yourself, they said local people find parking spaces by themselves, they don’t care, it rained all day outside, and in the middle of the night the front desk clerk still asked us to find parking spaces in an unfamiliar place with our children in the rain). First of all, they didn’t reserve parking spaces for us who had booked rooms in advance. Secondly, it was abominable to let customers find spaces outside in the rain by themselves. They didn’t even give us any reasonable suggestions or guidance. Finally, as a big brand hotel, their service attitude did not give us a good experience as travelers.

Came here on a business trip, and arrived early. The location is good, and it is very convenient to travel. I checked in quickly at the hotel, put my luggage in the room and went out. When I came back at night, I took a close look at the room. It was very clean, cost-effective, and very comfortable.

出行還比較方便，不過周邊沒太多吃的。房間環境很好，出差住這裏很合適

晚上十一點了，ktv的聲音還在嗵嗵嗵的震的響，全房到處都是要掃碼付費，電視也是，幾乎沒有幾個免費的台，直播也沒得，兩瓶免費的礦泉水，其他的都是付費， 充電掃碼付費，洗手枱小蚊子很多，算了，常德亞朵也才300多

早餐味道不錯，很乾凈；整體感覺物美廉價，和附近有不少燒烤的地方，值得推薦；離預期差距不大，環境真的不錯，大家可以考慮

房間很乾凈，服務很好。推薦！
