房間中規中矩。前台非常熱情介紹的很詳細如何到景區停車並且推薦的餐館非常棒老闆很熱情味道也好。全體員工都很有素質早餐煮粉的大姐也很熱情。

2月下旬，不是旅遊旺季，酒店提供使用掛壁空調，我們一共四間房，空調不給力，不能保證每間房間都能有合適温度，有兩間房晚上都需要穿厚衣服睡覺。
房間倒是蠻大的，服務也不錯，早餐選擇較少，總體還是可以。

先説好的，有三點。一、服務態度很好，有問題就及時處理，兩個美女服務員尤其好；二、餐廳的大姐人很好，飯做得好，人很熱情，看我們是外地來的非要給我們煮常德特色的米粉吃；三、桃花源景區的服務人員個個好，有問題找他們準沒錯，答疑解惑外帶N多擴展，真的是如世外桃源般美好！下來説需要改進的地方：一、房間不能開窗户，因為有小蟲子會飛進來，這小蟲子咬人，沒遇到過，挺害怕的，應該想辦法解決這個問題；二、房間隔音太差，隔壁麻將房在打牌男男女女大呼小叫，聽得一清二楚，吵得根本睡不者，希望好好改進吧。總之，桃花源是好地方，值得去遊，酒店的服務不錯。

突出優點就是服務人員都很熱情主動，設施比較新，也比較全該有的都有，環境總體安靜，窗外風景也不錯。房間總體大小適中，沒有異味和蚊蟲，家裡小孩還是待得比較舒服的。但是隔音效果還需要改善一下。隔壁房的高聲喧鬧能聽到比較明顯了。我們一家屬於早睡早起型，影響不太大，如果和鄰房作息時間相差過大可能會比較痛苦。

酒店很划算，路過臨時住這邊，酒店服務非常好，早餐也很好吃米粉，就是房間的空調噪音很大，有股黴味，後來關掉了，衹開了小空調，房間很整潔乾淨
