先説好的，有三點。一、服務態度很好，有問題就及時處理，兩個美女服務員尤其好；二、餐廳的大姐人很好，飯做得好，人很熱情，看我們是外地來的非要給我們煮常德特色的米粉吃；三、桃花源景區的服務人員個個好，有問題找他們準沒錯，答疑解惑外帶N多擴展，真的是如世外桃源般美好！下來説需要改進的地方：一、房間不能開窗户，因為有小蟲子會飛進來，這小蟲子咬人，沒遇到過，挺害怕的，應該想辦法解決這個問題；二、房間隔音太差，隔壁麻將房在打牌男男女女大呼小叫，聽得一清二楚，吵得根本睡不者，希望好好改進吧。總之，桃花源是好地方，值得去遊，酒店的服務不錯。

突出優點就是服務人員都很熱情主動，設施比較新，也比較全該有的都有，環境總體安靜，窗外風景也不錯。房間總體大小適中，沒有異味和蚊蟲，家裡小孩還是待得比較舒服的。但是隔音效果還需要改善一下。隔壁房的高聲喧鬧能聽到比較明顯了。我們一家屬於早睡早起型，影響不太大，如果和鄰房作息時間相差過大可能會比較痛苦。

房間寬敞乾淨整潔，離高速口比較近，停車方便。春節期間價位也沒漲很多，性價比挺高的。高速堵車凌晨才到酒店，前台服務人員態度很好。

房間好，衞生好，有停車場，離市區較遠，離桃花源近，早上發現地面車側被刮碰的痕跡，也找不到人，保安也不吭，趕路算了吧

房間夠大的，衞生乾淨整潔，床和床品舒適乾淨，洗澡水温度好水流大，停車管理員、前台、餐廳服務員都非常和悦，酒店性價比超高，早餐很精緻，味道不錯，以後還會選擇入住。
