Great sleep! Awful restaurant service Everything was expected except for the bartender. She was the absolute worst. There were 4 people at the bar and she was as slow as Christmas! So we went to the bar to get a drink after waiting for 15 minutes. She told us to go sit down and she “I’ll get to you.” Rude personality and the worst service I’ve ever received at a Hilton!

For a Hilton Tapestry property, it was not that nice. The main lobby was nice but there was nothing that nice (or special) about the room. It was older and plain, and in need of updates.

Hotel is nice and quiet. My only gripe is the option to pay for breakfast in advance. That does not work; you get a $15 voucher per person per day, which seems fine at first, but then in reality it's impossible to eat onsite at that price, so we ended up paying $6-7 extra per person per day (incl. tip), and one day the restaurant was closed - no staff. Food was barely ok/warm on day 1, and then it was outstanding on day 2 (pistachio pancakes were great, I was told). So it's a mixed bag.

The property looks nice and clean at first glance, but this hotel has serious plumbing issues that I didn't encounter at any other hotel that were handled in a very unprofessional manner thankfully I was there only for one night. Also a lack of an included breakfast and very slow service at restaurant in the hotel lobby made for a suboptimal experience. Beds and overall buildings are new and clean though.

Excellent choice for business or pleasure. The Hotel is our consistent choice for business and personal visits to Taos, NM. My wife and I have been consistently pleased with hotel accommodations and food offerings. Kudos to Bob D’Antonio, Food and Beverage Manager, for his significant contributions to the hotels excellent food and beverage menus. He has always been attentive to details and open to suggestions. Compliments to the hotel, food, and beverage staff. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Smelly. Bad mattress. Never staying here again. The mattress was old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The chair was old, misshapen, and uncomfortable. Seriously like someone found the mattress and chair by the side of the road on garbage day, loaded them in a truck, then put them in the hotel room. We were tired and sore after trying to sleep in the bed. The room stank. The shower wouldn’t drain. Water was in the shower pan during our entire stay. The lampshade has holes in it. Bugs were crawling under the door. The grounds are well maintained and the lobby is pretty. Have a look around then go stay at another hotel.
