Leuke agriturismo in een rustig gebied, vriendelijk personeel, goed (naar Italiaanse maatstaven tenminste) ontbijt met verse broodjes en heerlijke zelfgemaakte limonade van citroenen uit eigen boomgaard. Wifi deed het niet, zoals vaak het geval is bij oude gebouwen met dikke muren. Heerlijk matras, niet te zacht. Het restaurant was helaas gesloten toen ik er was. (Huur)auto noodzakelijk, je rijdt vanaf hier moeiteloos naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen.

Wij hadden het idyllischer verwacht. Helaas buiten gebrek aan onderhoud, dit ziet er dan armoedig uit. Parasols en ligbedden waren stuk, de tuin kan mooier worden onderhouden, het zwembad konden we 6 dagen niet gebruiken i.v.m. groen water/algen De kamers zijn goed. Ook qua schoonmaak. Heerlijke bedden. Geen deuren. Airco beneden is prima, boven een stuk warmer. Echt alleen ontbijt voorziening op het terrein, verder niks, weinig ‘leven’. Het ontbijt was zeer eenvoudig, tussen 8 en 10 uur. Bruno heeft erg zijn best gedaan om ons een goede vakantie te bezorgen; wat een top man!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist okay aber bei 7 Übernachtungen fehlt die Abwechslung. Die Zimmer (z.B 3 und 7) riechen muffig. Da hilft auch kein Lüften. Fernsehen nur italienische Sender, WLAN funktioniert im Zimmer nicht. Das Grundstück ist teilweise abgesperrt und entspricht nicht den Angaben auf der Homepage. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen.

Es ist uns unbekannt, was diesen Wandel auslöste, aber die früheren Bewertungen stimmen absolut nicht mit dem überein, was wir im Terrenia angetroffen haben. Das Terrenia zeigt das, was man in Sizilien beinahe überall antrifft: Bauten, die dringenden Renovationsbedarf haben und schon mal bessere Zeiten erlebt haben. Im Terrenia betrifft dies vor allem die Duschen/WC‘s, aber auch der Garten dürfte gepflegter sein und die Schirme und Liegestühle müssten wegen Defekten ersetzt werden. So zieht sich das mit den eher lieblos eingerichteten Zimmern, Terrasse sowie Saal durch. Vom landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb, welcher eigentlich bei einem Agriturismo Pflicht ist, sieht man nichts und es gibt auch keine Produkte davon. Alles in allem fehlt die gute Seele des Hauses hier einfach, auch wenn das Personal alles gibt, damit man sich einigermassen wohl fühlt. Am Personal liegt es definitiv nicht. Und das Gebäude selber hätte das Potential zu einem schmucken Agriturismo mit Herz. Schade. So kommen wir sicher nicht mehr.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui con due bambini durante le ultime festività pasquali e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera, su due livelli, era pulita e dotata di molti spazi dove riporre le nostre cose personali. L'area esterna è ampia e curata, ideale per i bambini, che si sono divertiti molto nello spazio giochi dedicato. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile: dalla signora Stefania, che ci ha accolto con cortesia e professionalità, fino al signor Giuseppe, che ci ha servito ogni mattina una colazione ricca e squisita, con tantissime attenzioni verso i nostri bambini... Ci si sentiva quasi in famiglia! Uniche note negative: il bidet aveva un guasto e purtroppo, date le giornate di festa, non è stato possibile trovare un tecnico che potesse aggiustarlo; la televisione non era funzionante (anche se per noi non è stato un grosso problema; ci è anche stata offerta una bottiglia di vino al termine della vacanza per compensare il disagio). La posizione è ottima: a 10 minuti di macchina si arriva alla spiaggia di Giardini di Naxos; andando nella direzione opposta, in 15 minuti si arriva alle meravigliose Gole dell'Alcantara. Nel complesso, un'esperienza decisamente positiva che porteremo nel cuore!
