The ideal stay for those seeking relaxation, silence, uncontaminated nature and beauty, all just a few km from the beaches and Taormina. Enchanting swimming pool and lemon house, with Etna in the background, large and comfortable rooms embellished with the touch of Sonia, an eclectic and modern Sicilian, who keeps her love for the Earth alive, represented in the paintings and in the beautiful straw crows that she creates with imagination and skill. We returned to this very pleasant B&B after the constraints caused by the pandemic. I must confirm what I experienced on the previous holiday, Sonia and Leonardo are two truly dear, friendly and extremely helpful people, they make you feel at home. We had a great time this time too, considering a 10-day stay again in which we can really evaluate many aspects. Instead nothing went wrong, still a pleasant and relaxing holiday, with truly exceptional heat given that it was September. But this is not the fault of the amazing couple. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to appreciate relaxation and friendliness.

New and well-finished structure, immersed in a large lemon grove with a view of Etna and a truly relaxing swimming pool. A little out of the way but with Mrs. Sonia's directions, no problem getting there, despite some roadworks in progress which had sent the navigator into a tailspin. Nice welcome from the owner upon arrival. The breakfast by the pool is excellent, embellished with the house's citrus jams. All quality products. The self-service mini bar located in the breakfast area is interesting and is useful for extra drinks. Garden impeccably looked after by Mr Leonardo, together with Sonia always available to give advice on excursions and restaurants in the area. They immediately put us at ease and made us feel at home. Large and well-ventilated room with balcony window and perfectly functioning air conditioning. The furnishings are good and new. A few more chairs, a soap dish in the shower and a small drying rack to put on the balcony for towels and swimsuits would be useful. Bed mattresses ok. Relaxation and silence at all hours of the day. Fantastic and well maintained pool. A second shaded area would be useful for the hottest hours (umbrella or sail in the sunbed area). The parking area inside the structure is large and convenient (there is no area to protect cars from the sun during the hottest hours). If you want to find one thing to improve....the bathroom linen, always tidy, but a little dated. The second fridge located on the ground floor of the house where you can keep drinks or other items cool is convenient and useful. A few hundred meters away is the town of Trappitello where you can find many shops. A little further on is the center of Giardini Naxos and its seafront, full of beaches and clubs. In a few minutes you can also arrive in the center of Taormina (entry from the Porta Catania car park is recommended, reachable from the hospital road). Overall........close to perfection!!! Sonia, splendid hostess. Beyond our expectations. A breathtaking view, especially from the swimming pool overlooking Etna, surrounded by a well-kept citrus grove. Typical breakfasts, presented with courtesy. Excellent value for money
