I arrived in Taormina without knowing where to park, full of suitcases and with my mother, who is elderly. I called Chiara to help me and she immediately showed me where to park, helped me with my bags and my mother. Furthermore, I already took my car to park in a garage and it was great because I spent 4 days without seeing the car, going on walks and using the transport that picks you up at the hotel, takes you to the beach, provides chairs and umbrellas and then brings you back to the hotel. My experience was incredible and Chiara was a wonderful host. Saved my trip. Another excellent point about the hotel are the beds and pillows.

We recently stayed 5 days at Chiara’s villa. It was fantastic. Chiara went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our suite was spotless and the location was superb. When we go back again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you once again Chiara

Perfect location a few steps from the Main Street, and the place be beautiful as Chiara is renovating the whole hotel! Our room was very nice, apart from the bathroom that had not yet been fixed up. Chiara herself is a wonderful and helpful host, and although the upper floors and the roof terrace was closed she let us up there and even put out table and chairs for us to enjoy. We had a great stay, and would stay there again!

Nightmare experience - flight was delayed and arrived late due to Etna eruptions. There was no suitable parking nearby for over a mile- there is no onsite parking and all surrounding garages were completely full and walking with luggage was not possible so decided to grab some dinner and then head to the hotel where it was actually locked and when calling the hotel number- the woman who answered informed me I could not check in or be allowed in at all as it was "after 11PM". She told me I would not be charged for the room. This was a complete lie and not only was I charged 1 transaction for the nightly room charge, I was charged EIGHT TIMES for what was supposed to be $210 into $1680 for one night I did not spend. It held up funds in my credit card for days and then 7 additional transactions refunded except one and when calling today she told me "cancellation fee" was imposed. They left a solo woman traveling on the street without unlocking the door, promised to not charge when I called the night to enter, then lied about refunding me on the phone while charging my card a total of 17 transactions between refunds and charges. She was rude on the phone and this was a terrible experience. Stay away.

This location was great, Room was clean. When booking this room we told them we were brought a dog, but the premises did not respond. Then 24 Hours before our booking let us know they wanted an additional 25% = 35 Euro per day for our dog! Typical it is 5-7 euro a day This was announced only after they had billed us on a Non-refundable basis, They proceeded to cancel our Booking on *********** so we could not leave them a review, claiming that it was some technical issue from ***********. Reading other reviews on Booking it is clear they engaged in this scam to get more profits Sad that this incident really started our Taormina experience on the wrong foot. Thank God we did not take their parking option which is in a dead-end street with little to no room to turn around. must be less stressful to park in the Parcheggio Lumbi and at a much better price.

I went with the impression of what would one expect from a 2-star hotel!! I was wrong!! First and foremost I wish to thank the owner Chiara for communicating in very good English on WhatsApp before, during, and after our stay. Those traveling by car, like myself, have a good parking spot ready for you. The room was spotless and newly refurbished. Most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. There was this sweet lady Elisa who greeted us for breakfast and made sure we have everything we asked for. Breakfast was amazing, and everything was freshly baked. Apart from all this, the best plus of this hotel is that it is located only 2 mins up the stairs from Corso Umberto. I would definitely return.

Excellent location, right above the main street of the city. Small facility, very clean and renovated rooms. Price more than fair. It offers a beach service. Very friendly staff and above all available 24 hours a day!!

We spent 2 nights at this property located in the center of Taormina. The rooms have been recently renovated, the bathrooms will also need to be reviewed where, at the moment, bidets and accessories such as a shelf in the shower are missing. I stayed for work in this hotel for several days in April. Very comfortable, clean, quiet. The very kind owner also allowed me to place a small workstation inside my room and to be able to use the common areas together with my colleagues according to our needs. Parking in front of the hotel and in Taormina it is a luxury to have it. Very clean hotel, very central, very quiet and TOP Wi-Fi connection (just a few meters from Corso Umberto), excellent breakfast and bar service. Thanks to Chiara and Elisa who supported and "put up with" us during our working days. Highly recommended
