My Husband Troy and I went to Taormina, Sicily Italy for my Sister-In-Laws wedding May 11 - 18, and we stayed at the Beautiful Mazzaro' Sea Palace! We chose to stay at Mazzaro' Sea Palace vs in the center of Taormina as I love to be right at the Sea. The staff, Francesco, Fredrico, Vanessa, Enrique, Ciccauo, Katarina, Joe, Franco & Giovanni from the Beach staff....all so welcoming and friendly. The Hotel itself is immaculate, the Service impeccable, all staff is always smiling w/ sincerity. We loved it soo much, we are definitely booking for next May! We are Ritz-Carlton 'people' and the Mazzaro ambience and service was equal if not better!! Wonderful, Highly Recommend! We loved every aspect of our stay. The position right on the beach was perfect and only a couple of mins from the cable car to travel up to Taormina town. All of the staff were super welcoming from the minute we checked in right up until we left. Special shout out to Amadeo on Concierge who was always on hand to support with trip enquiries etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. There is a small gym with a few cardio machines and some strength stations, just enough for a holiday hotel. All in all it was a perfect hotel for our first trip to Sicily and we will definitely be back.

The ocean front location, the rooms and the staff were all excellent at Mazzaro Sea Palace. The staff in particular offered a very high standard of service. It was a luxury experience from first greeting to check out. Drinks at the sunset bar were our favourite part of the trip to Taormina. The service provided by the cocktail bar team was first class.

Our family would like to thank the Manager, Marilena Calabro and the staff, Lia, Veronica, Stefania and Katerina at Mazzaro Sea Palace for making our stay memorable. They went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our family. The quality of a hotel depends on the staff and how they take care of their guests from our 6 months granddaughter to her parents and her grandparents. Wr are grateful and most definitely recommend anyone to stay here, you won’t regret it. Steps away from the funicular to Taormina (2 minute ride) and the hotel has a beautiful private beach.

Franco and Giovanni were amazing, very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our visit to the beach the best. Hope we can come back and see you again. The drinks and salds were perfect. They answered all of our questions to visit Taormina and help us charge our phone after taking a lot of photos of this beautiful spot.

We loved staying at this lovely hotel on the beach. The hotel is tucked away and quiet. The service is top notch and the rooms are very nice. We had a room with a terrace. The breakfast each morning is very good and outside seating is the best! It is conveniently located next to the cable car which takes you back and forth to the city center

We stayed three nights at the hotel after traveling in Italy. ( have learned that Sicilians don't think of Sicily being part of Italy.) Gave us an opportunity to relax on the beach and soak up some sun. The main part of Taormina is best reached by taking the gondola up the hill. The hotel is located fifty yards from the location where you catch the gondola. The rooms at the hotel are large, most have a terrific deck that is large enough for two lounges and a small table. Breakfast is really good with several cook-to-order options. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. If spending a couple days unwinding on the beach is part of your plans, this hotel would be an excellent choice.
