When you come to a new place without much research done in advance, you need someone to give you practical and useful information. This is the hotel where staff are so friendly and professional. They gave you the best and most practical advice to visit some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Appreciate their excellent recommendations. Hotel itself is good with great attention in small details. Free minibar, small snacks, fine quality of toilet amenities. It isn’t a big name but a big surprise to us. Love their staff. All make you feel very welcoming and homey. Stunning sea view and very convenient location. I simply park the car outside the hotel and use their valet parking service at 25 Euro a day. What else can I ask for? Would recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a relaxing holiday in Taormina.

Incredibly charming hotel with a great restaurant and pool. We love small boutique hotels like this. The morning breakfast was breakfast lunch and dinner with an amazing choice of cheese, cooked delights and sweets. There is a room off the dining area to relax that is so cozy. And the views from the restaurant are spectacular! The sea view rooms are spectacular! It was a bit hot in the rooms the first two night - written by a woman who suffers hot flashes! The fix by the staff the first night did not work, the second night and beyond was better. Otherwise all around great, including the bathroom,shower and bathroom amenities. Highly recommend!

The loveliest boutique hotel with the perfect location. Out of the hustle bustle of central town yet steps away from all Taormina has to offer. The most beautiful ocean view roof top restaurant for breakfast or dinner or drinks and beautifully decorated rooms. We can’t wait to come back!

Every single aspect of our stay at Hotel Villa Carlotta was outstanding. The staff could not have been more accommodating and gracious. The property is very well appointed and maintained. The breakfast meal and service were exceptional. The short walk to the town center makes the location convenient.

This outstanding hotel is in an ideal location in Taormina. Everyone was professional, kind and helpful. We had a junior suite with a view of the Mediterranean — beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable. The generous breakfast is served on a patio overlooking the sea. The hotel was full our last night and we had to move to another highly recommended hotel. There was no comparison — our 2nd hotel felt like a 2-3 star in comparison. We will return to the Villa Carlotta on our next visit.

Everything about Villa Carlotta is exceptional; the view, the breakfast, the room and decor are amazing (sheets, pillows and toilettries are superb). The pool, and staff are exceptional. The location is perfect, a short walk to everything, but just far enough to be realxing and not hectic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This was our second visit here and was as good as the first. We had the Garden room, which has an amazing outside space, should you wish to have some shade. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and work so hard to make the stay special. The pool area has changed since we stayed last and is a really lovely place to spend the day and have a cool off in the pool. Michael, who is at the pool bar, is a credit to the hotel. He was so cheerful and helpful every day, even when one of us got stung by a wasp. The food here is absolutely wonderful. We have eaten in some very good restaurants and Villa Carlotta is most definitely up there, along with the very attentive service. We will certainly come back in the future.

Beautiful hotel located perfectly to enjoy the town. The staff were excellent, caring, helpful and friendly. Great recommendations for Taormina and elsewhere. There is a wonderful attention to detail at every level. The welcome when we arrived was greatly appreciated. To relax over a glass of Prosecco, enjoying the views was great.
