When you come to a new place without much research done in advance, you need someone to give you practical and useful information. This is the hotel where staff are so friendly and professional. They gave you the best and most practical advice to visit some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Appreciate their excellent recommendations. Hotel itself is good with great attention in small details. Free minibar, small snacks, fine quality of toilet amenities. It isn’t a big name but a big surprise to us. Love their staff. All make you feel very welcoming and homey. Stunning sea view and very convenient location. I simply park the car outside the hotel and use their valet parking service at 25 Euro a day. What else can I ask for? Would recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a relaxing holiday in Taormina.

Incredibly charming hotel with a great restaurant and pool. We love small boutique hotels like this. The morning breakfast was breakfast lunch and dinner with an amazing choice of cheese, cooked delights and sweets. There is a room off the dining area to relax that is so cozy. And the views from the restaurant are spectacular! The sea view rooms are spectacular! It was a bit hot in the rooms the first two night - written by a woman who suffers hot flashes! The fix by the staff the first night did not work, the second night and beyond was better. Otherwise all around great, including the bathroom,shower and bathroom amenities. Highly recommend!

Everything about Villa Carlotta is exceptional; the view, the breakfast, the room and decor are amazing (sheets, pillows and toilettries are superb). The pool, and staff are exceptional. The location is perfect, a short walk to everything, but just far enough to be realxing and not hectic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This was our second visit here and was as good as the first. We had the Garden room, which has an amazing outside space, should you wish to have some shade. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and work so hard to make the stay special. The pool area has changed since we stayed last and is a really lovely place to spend the day and have a cool off in the pool. Michael, who is at the pool bar, is a credit to the hotel. He was so cheerful and helpful every day, even when one of us got stung by a wasp. The food here is absolutely wonderful. We have eaten in some very good restaurants and Villa Carlotta is most definitely up there, along with the very attentive service. We will certainly come back in the future.

Beautiful hotel located perfectly to enjoy the town. The staff were excellent, caring, helpful and friendly. Great recommendations for Taormina and elsewhere. There is a wonderful attention to detail at every level. The welcome when we arrived was greatly appreciated. To relax over a glass of Prosecco, enjoying the views was great.

Having read a lot of reviews, we had high expectations. We thought it was a nice option in an expensive destination ...but lacking true boutique luxury people have described...that could be just us. We appreciated the Staff ...especially the dining room..always smiling ...always courteous. The room made this a 4 star review ...not 5. It was very noisy due to our location and the amenities were average & the decor needs a "refresh".. The sea view was spectacular & location was convenient to the main part of town.

From the warm welcome, the fluent English (although very tolerant of my attempts at speaking Italian), the beautiful room, the extravagant breakfast to the impeccable service, I am sold. And wait until you see the view! I will never stay anywhere else in Taormina.

Excellent hotel for a week stay in Taormina. Staff were beyond exceptional from organising transfers, providing recommendations on places to see and visit. I could not fault their attentiveness! The hotel itself is in a prime location with prime amenities to match for a very comfortable stay for all! Cannot wait to return!
