We are compelled to express our utter indignation and disgust after our arrival at the Casarrupilo accommodation in Taormina, where our experience was unacceptable and intolerable. Upon arriving at the indicated address, the first thing we encountered was a note on the door indicating that we had to go up to the attic. Access was already unsanitary, with obvious filth in the common areas. But the worst came next: upon entering our assigned room, we found someone sleeping in our bed. This person got up, left, and indicated to us in a completely inappropriate manner that the bathroom was there and that he would leave the key. From that moment on, the situation became even more unacceptable: The room was in a deplorable state, with an unbearable smell of tobacco and accumulated filth. The bed linens and pillows were disgusting, clearly having not been changed in a long time. The bathroom was impossible to use, so filthy that it was unthinkable to shower there. One of the light bulbs was wrapped in aluminum foil. The level of unsanitary conditions was such that we felt at risk of even encountering bedbugs, lice, or other pests.

I have never seen something more terrifying, I never have so many demands but the only thing I ask of a structure is that it is clean and livable. I stayed two nights in this dump and I have never had a worse experience in my life: terrifying place, with dirty bed and broken mattress, not clean sheets (I had to put my own towel on the bed to sleep on), dust everywhere, smell musty and a horror movie atmosphere honestly. I am a girl who was traveling alone and I slept CRYING the first night I found myself there, I preferred to sleep on the street. Isn't there anyone who checks places like this??? They should be closed!!

Buenos días, acabamos de salir de casa Rupilio, somos grandes viajeros y nos hemos alojado en muchos y variados alojamientos, pero sin duda este ha sido el más desagradable y sucio con diferencia, si quieres vivir una gran aventura de terror empezamos por las camas, colchón de lana viejo y sucio, almohadas de lana con moho, el baño compartido dificil de describir, cortina de ducha vieja y mohosa, paredes, suelos y piezas sanitarias absolutamente sucias, al igual que la habitación. Con 36 grados y en un ático sin aislar, después de un largo día de calor no hay aire acondicionado, solo un simple ventilador que hace un ruido infernal. Y la guinda, el desayuno, en una terraza sucísima, al igual que el resto, un café, una galleta, un trozo de bizcocho y dos tostadas, en unos recipientes de dudosa limpieza que inspiraban cero confianza.
