優點是房間空間挺大的，訂房備註樓層儘量高，結果給了最低三樓的房間，一出電梯一股説不出的味道，難聞極了！進房間第一件事就是拿酒精紙進衞生間，馬桶蓋一掀就掉一根毛，那一刻真的是……………最近訂過幾次漢庭，這家是從進門到退房不管是前台還是餐廳沒見工作人員有一個笑臉的！

訂的房間不能安排也不提前告知，就當天告知説人滴中考要續房，我必須讓我訂的房型給他，要不就退房！我是提前半個月訂的，帶着長者家幾千公里過來，中考要續房多住幾天為什麼他不提前安排好呢？莫非中考是今天通知明天就馬上考試嗎？還是他是什麼重要人物，必須要我們讓步，一點也説不過去，最後安排了另外細的房型，説好退差價又沒有退

管理混亂，在網上定了家庭房，帶早餐，入住時也和服務員缺認了的。可早晨和家人去吃早餐，確告訴我們不包括早餐要付費，跟總枱缺認也説沒有，真是無語，找經理説經理不在，雖然也讓吃了，感覺我們是來佔便宜的。。不會再來了
