先説優點前台夜晚值班的服務員服務態度好，回答並解決了幾個問題，缺點，出行前白天值班人員問了很多問題，回答較不起清晰，入山要提前登記車牌，門崗問話死板，也可能被騙太多，但作為住客體驗感不友好，整體酒店冬天配套不足，跟收費不相符檔次，就個大堂，奇趣蛋書屋冬天空調上床熱下床冷，房型也非常小，冬天沒啥玩的，完全不建議冬天遊玩。

房間很温馨，衞生也還乾淨。服務態度很好，去各景點有酒店專門的電瓶車陪同接送。吃飯來説，人均八九十的餐廳，味道對得起這個價格。下次來試試別的房型。提點建議吧！免費送的純凈水瓶子可以用大點的，兩口就喝完了。酒店沒有專門的水吧之類的，這麼好景色的地方，喝杯小酒或者來杯咖啡發發呆的地方還是要設定一個的。

房間設施都很齊全，一次性用物都備齊了，衞生也很乾凈，地板都發亮，我小朋友特別喜歡這個房型，環境很好，在桃江4A級竹海景區內，擁有萬畝的竹林，服務非常周到。下次再帶朋友過來玩一下~

環境非常優雅，空氣清新，房間很別緻，乾淨衞生，在陽台上看落日餘暉，心曠神怡。酒店前台服務不錯、熱情周到，雖然在山上，早餐也是豐盛。白天酒店電瓶車還送我們去各個景點。
