Rude service do not recommend I hated the dishonesty and calling feels like a scam Overall poor service and hated the pressure to give a deposit especially as website states paying at arrival I was called 5 times the day that I booked where they requested for immediate payment DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤬

For $275 per night we would expect amazing! The room smelt of wood smoke (understand that there is a wood fire, but the smell was overpowering). There is water damage on the ceiling in the bedroom, paint chips off the bedside tables and dresser drawers. There is water damage to the bottom of the bathroom cupboards(all blown) the toilet flusher button is broken, there was no sanitiser sticker on the spa (so we didn’t use it). There were large cobwebs on the porch door, and the screen is in disrepair. The television was finger marked, and in such a poor location, with poor reception. The booking in process was a real effort(having to supply my id etc)! My husband has summed it up….the whole experience felt very cheap.
