The interior of the apartment is comfortably unfortunately the exterior infrastructure isn't great. None of the retail shops below are worth visiting. The security guards ask for private passport details. In these days of data breaches and identity theft this is unacceptable.

Maintenance of building is very bad. Lifts are not adequate, will be troublesome during peak season. Families including mine were carrying luggage and bag via staircase from high floor. Elderly people were struggling. Lift was down but the management officer didn't aware of that until I notified her (when i first informed her, she confidently told me that she saw from cctv that the lift was okay. I told her to inspect herself). Swimming pool couldn't be used as the pump was down (the owner didn't inform us when we did the booking). No toilet paper or tissue paper in my unit until i told them, and the next morning the cleaner sent a few to me. Pillow and bedsheet were very smelly (we suspected they were unwashed), I informed the owner and the reply was that they washed them after each checkout, and they couldn't do anything.

Stayed 2 nights. The studio apartment on the 37th floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noisy traffic from the busy Tanjong Tokong street. Even from the 37th floor the speeding motorcycles were audible.
