Room main door unable to open fully. Room wall was eaten by termite. Tap water unable to turn off & run 24/7. Pillow with bad odour. Lack of customer service. Common area lack of maintenance and easily can spot mosquito breeding. One night stay unable to sleep well just felt uneasy.
