Staffs are generally nice and helpful. Breakfast is normal, cleanness of restaurant needs to be improved. There are many flies there, I also saw a mouse running around in restaurant.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel service attitude is OK👌, there is an infinity pool! There is indomaret at the door, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities and snacks. The nearby beach has beautiful scenery. You can see kittens everywhere on the whole island🐱, which is very good. I really like Belitung Island!!!
