2017年來湯旺河自駕的朋友推薦給我九鑫松悦，説當時是當地最好的酒店，我在攜程搜尋，發現去年新開了九鑫山珍，估計是同一個老闆吧，於是選擇了更新的這家。好大呀，酒店整個建築大，房間大，床大，感覺地皮不要錢一樣。裝修很有林區特色，住着還算舒適吧！酒店餐廳就餐不貴，特產賣得有點貴。淋浴房的下水太慢，洗澡擔心水漫金山，擦沐浴露時都把水關掉，還好沒出啥問題。

酒店整體原木裝修，房間很大，沒有蟲子，很好，就是地面有些頭髮。停車場很大。離湯旺河景區很近，幾公里路。

值得一提是家庭房房間很大，兩張床都很大，估計1.8米，其他沒啥可圈可點的了，吐槽
1.早飯，就稀飯饅頭其他沒啥吃的，而且8點一到全部撤了，費用20元，性價比不高。
2.酒店服務和設施不靈，衞生很差，我無法接受，幸好自帶浴巾。另外正好碰上大熱天，晚上很熱，沒
空調真的得熱死，可是搞笑的是定了四個房間就一間房空調好用，其他三間就拿了電風扇吹着，給人感覺很差

入住退房很方便，酒店裝修有特色，就是沒有空調，面對內庭的晚上不敢開窗户，比較吵，關窗户還熱，有個電扇聲音比較大，有孩子也不能一直吹……睡眠體驗一般。

衞生：酒店裡麪沒有清理乾淨！！！還有【上一位房客抽下的煙頭】！都已經快走了，才看到，也不好跟酒店説些什麼，合理懷疑是否有認真清理！！
設施：衞生間的淋浴頭是壞的，淋浴頭的連接處漏水。連一次性拖鞋都沒有！
環境：正常度假村水平
服務：態度很好但是其他堪憂了，確實沒有更好的酒店了
