性價比很高的民宿，房東也非常熱情，比很多賓館乾淨，就在步行街上很方便，停車在房後小區院子裏面。下次還會光顧。

優點：房間新裝修，看上去較乾淨，位置在步行街，吃飯、購物較方便。缺點：旁邊一個KTV，唱歌噪音到凌晨一點，家庭房玻璃隔出的衞生間私隱性非常差，不僅半透明，門軸還有漏縫可看到衞生間內部（家庭出行孩子大了也要有私隱呀）窗簾遮光很差，東北出太陽早，很早房間就很亮，影響睡眠，而且在網上定的價格遠高於當地同級別旅店，性價比很差。

衞生非常乾淨，環境好，房間沒異味，洗澡水也挺好，被子非常乾淨，門口就是步行街，吃飯方便，停車方便，老闆服務非常好，告訴我們那裡好玩，那家好吃，非常感謝，有機會還會去。

這家是剛開的民宿，床品挺新的比較乾淨。但是周邊環境太嘈雜，靠近歌廳，晚上10點半還有人再嚎歌。屋裡配套設施不全。而且不隔味，別屋抽煙的味都能飄進來，很嗆。整體體驗感一般般。
