酒店很多年了，衞生很好，離早市很近吃早餐方便，自駕出遊可以。 提供的住處和訂單上的名字不一樣，因為老闆擁有兩家旅店，另一家住滿了。 忘了拍照，美照表心意。

房間有家的感覺，感覺主人很乾凈，很利索，房間裏有冰箱有電視，老闆也很熱情！周圍有夜市，吃東西方便，環境好，不吵鬧。

被賣了，在不知情況下被換了一家旅館，設施極差，沒有暖氣，沒有吹風機，馬桶有好幾天沒有洗，有流水的痕跡，房間衹有2個床和2個牀頭櫃，沒有其他桌子，無法放東西，衣架也是呵呵了，沒有服務意識，明知客人到店，電淋浴也不插插頭，無奈投訴到攜程，還是攜程比較重視妥善處理了。

熱心的叔叔阿姨，我們很晚到達，都出來接我們，雖然熱情，但是硬件設施有點簡陋，無線網也不太好使，沒有一次性的用品，這讓我有點為難，因為沒帶浴巾，手巾這類的，因為太晚到達，發現這些問題時，就沒有打擾叔叔阿姨，我想如果我們把要求説出來也會有的，奈何太晚，算了吧。交通很方便，超市，飯店旁邊都有。

我是一個七旬長者獨自從南方來湯旺河旅遊避暑，很幸運入住了富家銘家庭民宿，有幸碰到了一個熱心腸助人的好老闆，幫助我解決了許多困難，下大雨開車來車站接我，幫我提箱子、幫我解決後續的住房問題，還因為我一早要去景區遊玩幫我轉送行李。入住的房間更是窗明幾凈，設備設施齊全，温馨如家。出門不遠處就是大商場和早餐點很方便。在商場門口可以坐專線車或者是打的（20元）去景區。湯旺河山好水好人更好！

旅館在小區裏，小區裏的旅館很多，不好找，打電話給老闆 ，老闆親自來接，態度熱情友好。夏天的湯旺河天氣十分舒適，不用空調就睡的很好。房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，讓人滿意。

在國防路上，一條路都掛的國旗，滿滿安全感。民宅，很乾凈，離景區近，周邊吃的很多，涼爽，夏天來避暑真是不錯的選擇。

老闆人挺好的，房間是普通居民樓的二室一廳，但非常整潔乾淨，一個巨大的炕，小孩盡情翻滾，睡得開心極了。

不太推薦，房間是提前預訂的，洗澡時發現熱水器還沒有插電，我父母當晚就沒有洗漱，早上洗漱完發現沒有吹風機
