定的是親子套房，屋子大，環境不錯，配套齊全，小朋友非常喜歡，2.3米的大床3個人一點都不擠，還有免費早餐，花色品種非常多，味道也不錯，。樓下停車位非常多，而且免費。定這裏關鍵是距河頭老街非常近，駕車10來分鐘吧。

1.預訂的是唐山湯温泉酒店，但是入住樓道上顯示的名字和暢酒店，床單被罩是通達温泉酒店；
2.位置周圍環境，酒店服務員態度都很差，説了辦理入住，前台3個無人應答；
3.酒店wifi信號差，衞生間水池水很沖，衣服容易被濺濕；
4.衞生間馬桶圈泛黃嚴重，時不時飄着臭味；
5.洗澡時候水互涼互熱，根本無法洗澡，差勁！欺騙消費者！
6.走廊燈為聲控照明，非常不便，隔音不好，走廊較吵。

定這家酒店就是離河頭老街進，但是步行也需要25分鐘左右（看你從哪個門進）從北門進河頭老街回更近一點，房間挺大，就是快捷酒店的樣子，衞生也還可以，就是衞生間的燈太暗了，對於女生要化粧來説光線很不好，還有就是洗澡水不是很熱，當然了也根據個人情況啦，

這個酒店非常奇葩，名字叫唐山湯温泉酒店，按照名字導航已經到達目的地，但是根本看不到酒店，打電話問酒店人員説下地下車庫就能看到了，結果整個地下車庫都沒有這個名字，到處都是和暢酒店的名字，沒有辦法跟隨大部分人員一起進入和暢電梯，電梯裏貼着唐山湯温泉在3-4樓，結果3層電梯根本不停，上到這4層啥衹有一個小門口顯示温泉，讓人真是無語死了，此時已經到達目的地半個小時時間了可是一直找不到酒店門口，再次撥打酒店電話，客服態度十分不好，告訴我説都在一樓辦理入住，結果辦理的入住卡是和暢酒店，太無語，商家在赤裸裸的欺詐消費者，建議廣大消費者訂房的時候慎重，還有最重要的是酒店衞生間的門把手是壞的，還把我們的人鎖在廁所裏出不來了😰

真的沒想到，千挑萬選的酒店，讓我們三口子幾乎一宿沒睡！
第一，外邊26度的天氣，酒店居然還開着地暖，房間裏34度！店主這真是熱情過度了！孩子十一點了還熱的睡不着，凌晨五點又熱醒了
第二，樓下不知道哪位大神養的公雞，兩衹，夜裡就開始打鳴，你就別想睡！我説酒店怎麼送了免費耳塞，原來是有這個原因。
第三，酒店緊鄰高鐵軌道，車子過去呼呼的，吵死個人！
第四，房間根本就不是圖片上的樣子。特別簡陋的房間，空調中控居然還在天花板上，裝修時候這老闆的腦洞是不是有點過大了？
第五，綜上所述，果斷退掉了第二天的房間！以後也不會再選擇了！

前廳小姐姐，周到耐心，特意交代了去河頭老街，怎麼行車方便，還送了2個人的早餐，如果來唐山，下次還會選擇，經濟實惠，交通便利的和暢酒店，對了酒店對面的燒烤一定要選擇一下，味道不錯。

首先這個酒店的旅客大部分是為了河頭老街這個景點，離景點不到兩公里，步行20分鐘，打車5分鐘，地理位置比較優越，條件基本能滿足住宿條件，房間很大，床也很大，有熱水可以洗澡🛀，屋內設施很簡單，早餐很平常，説明一下，早餐是集中到一個餐廳吃飯，應該是附近三個酒店的旅客都到這裏吃飯，環境比較嘈雜，如果到老街遊玩，不是很挑剔，可以選擇，因為老街大的酒店就三家，剩下就是民宿，條件更一般，出來玩 偶爾住一宿，還是沒問題的。隔音效果不好，隔壁打呼嚕的聲音很美妙，像小河淌水，川流不息。
