房間乾淨衞生，整體不錯，美中不足就是房間比較小，但勝在温馨，2米4的床是兩個1米2拼的 但是不影響睡覺 孩子睡在中間，很安全

房間床單和枕頭不是很乾凈，房間看起來比較舊，不如全季和亞朵。停車場灰塵很大，車被刮碰了，聯繫了酒店拖了幾天，也懶得去找了，前台服務不好，尤其是剛辦入住的那個前台人員，問一些訊息，簡直了，帶着那種語氣，我們就是外地的，路過這裏住一晚罷了，又不是當地人，肯定對周圍的環境不熟悉啊，我們是看着攜程的評價過來入住的，要不然誰會住你這裏啊。也希望攜程能如實地呈現出酒店的客觀評價。不要誤導羣眾！

酒店真的特別好，環境和服務都很不錯，周邊吃的也多，去景區也很方便，下次來唐山必須續訂之地
河頭老街接送，幸好酒店安排了班車，晚上人多打車不方便

看了評分才訂的酒店，到了酒店才知道是兩家酒店在一個前台。辦理入住很快 也送了歡迎水果 也有機器人送餐。 剛進房間掀開被子發現被罩是臟的，出去的時候跟前台反應了，讓客房阿姨給換了沒想到又是臟的！不知道客房經理是怎麼查的房間不太理解。牀頭櫃的空隙裏也有很多毛毛。不知道是不是就這一間房這樣，還是所有的都是這樣。應該是很久沒做計劃衞生了。更無語的是凌晨四點多睡的，本來想睡的懶覺結果第二天早上九點房間裏的小度突然響。嚇的我們還以為是有人來放音樂了。真的很不理解，希望酒店重視一下。
