老闆人超級好，拍錯了老闆也給協調換了房，房子新裝修的，乾淨整潔，設施完善。被褥乾淨，房間佈局也很不錯。超級滿意！

離着攬月灣 車程 30 分鐘，樓下隨便停車，但是不好找車位。房間就一個有空調一個是電扇夜裡開着風扇不算太熱。

性價比很高，附近吃飯方便，電車附近充電也比較方便，小區裏有兩個慢充樁，附近有快充，離多瑪開車25分鐘左右，一家人來住還是不錯的
