第一次從攜程定酒店，對比了好幾家，最終選擇這家……入住時間應該是2點以後，一點我們就到了，我是帶了長者和孩子定了兩個特惠大床房，到了我要求看房間，前台熱情給我聯繫經理帶我去看房，因為提前入住，我定的房間還沒收拾出來，經理看我帶了長者和小孩，就給我調了房間，還免費升級了房間，把我和長者的房間調在一層樓，方便照顧……房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情，服務周到……推薦這家酒店🏨

實際的家庭房和圖片宣傳的一點都不一樣，就是一個正常的大床房，然後又放了一張摺疊的鐵床，一翻身還會嘎吱嘎吱響，既然客人有需求需要訂家庭房，那麼孩子一定是大孩子了，如果是小朋友的話，完全可以和父母睡在一張床上。既然是大孩子睡，那麼這個摺疊床是一點都不舒服。而且摺疊床上的被子就是一個沒有被罩的一個夏涼被。也不知道是不是一客一換的。雖然最後打電話要求要一個正常的被子，並且一個大爺給送上來了確實是一個正常的被子芯，最後又強烈要求，沒有被罩沒法睡，因為被子太破了都露出來裏面的棉花，最後大爺又給送來一個特別大的被罩，套在了一個比較小的被子上，就這麼睡了一晚上。而且衞生狀況也一般牀頭櫃側面和床中間的縫隙裏面全是特別多的灰塵。@攜程，如果上傳圖片和實際的不一樣，怎麼能審核通過呢？還有浴室的這個簾兒真的是拉低了許多的檔次。

這家酒店環境不錯，尤其前台和內部裝修，特別適合情侶來住，前台還放了一些應急葯品和免費茶飲。屋內的電器都是智能的，超讚，無論一個人還是兩三個人住都挺好的。前台小姐姐人也很好，對於我們提出的問題和困難都幫我們一一解決，給個大大的贊👍👍👍

整體的體驗感超出了預期，買了團購蠻便宜的，入住後，店面環境和團購上的圖片差不多，服務好，工作人員熱情，衞生特別到位，很適合和家人一起來打卡。還會再來的。

帶孩子去河口老街玩，住的這裏，距離不遠，打車很方便，門口停車吃飯附近都挺方便，酒店給免費升級了個大房子，孩子很喜歡，房間挺有特色，衞生也挺乾淨，個人感覺還不錯。
