房間很大，零壓床很舒服，床單被罩都是新換的，衞生間也超大，房間和衞生間都有窗户，這個房間還有掛衣櫃，很驚喜，六樓雖然臨街，但是晚上很安靜，停車免費，離萬達步行也就五分鐘，體驗很不錯

真是很好的酒店，有歷史感，各項設備卻很好用，洗澡水特別好，水流大，水温合適，前台服務很有耐心，房間也安靜，距離萬達很近，周邊購物吃飯都很方便。下次去了還住開灤。

一家老牌國有賓館，位於唐山市中心，出行、生活、吃飯都很方便，抗震紀念碑廣場、萬達廣場、開灤集團、開灤醫院、鳳凰山公園、華盛超市、鴻宴白孔雀餐廳（當地老字號飯莊，味道相當不錯）步行可達，樓下停車場很大；房間和雙人床略小，但挺乾淨，設施齊全，可以收看常見的衞視頻道；服務人員比較專業。

地理位置非常棒，可以走路到達抗震紀念碑，開灤博物館，唐山博物館，吃飯也方便，酒店院內就有一個餐廳，預訂房間不含早，但餐廳可以吃早飯，不貴而且品質不錯。房間不大，裝修風格確實有點舊，很有年代感，但衞生非常棒，比住過的很多高星酒店都好。洗澡間非常寬敞。停車很方便並且停車場有保安管理。性價比遠超快捷酒店，以後再來還會選擇。

唐山當地的老酒店了，應該是翻新過。位置很好，門口有公交站，斜對面就是萬達廣場、地震紀念碑廣場，離開灤國家礦山公園也不遠，門口坐公車一兩站或者騎車可達。我們每天早上遛彎到酒店後面吃早飯，附近就是鳳凰山公園和唐山博物館、培仁歷史文化街。酒店院內有停車位，適合自駕人士。服務挺好，工作人員態度都挺好，有問題隨時解答和解決。房間挺乾淨。枕頭有兩種，方便選擇。床單被套很新，質量好，用起來很舒適。唯一有一點，淋浴間地漏總是反味，找了服務員來，給地漏沖水，地漏蓋加了布套，略好，但是一到晚上洗澡用水高峯期，味道就很大。後來自己用塑料袋裝水壓上後好了很多。整體來説，性價比非常高，經濟實惠，比較滿意。

品牌老酒店，老國企集團的底子，酒店用具用品質量好，中規中矩。酒店位置好，停車方便，離開灤礦山集團和礦山風紀念館等很近，去其他景點都很方便。雖然是鐘點房，挺好的體驗，推薦大家到唐山旅遊時入住。
