前台服務態度特別好，我們到的早，本以為得等到時間才能入住，但是人家直接就幫我們辦理了，一進房間馬上接到前台的電話確認是否找到了房間，説有需要隨時聯繫前台。酒店的位置很好，離唐山市公檢法都很近，出差很方便，附近有吾悦廣場，吃飯也很方便

第一次下榻這個酒店，價格優惠，酒店外圍佈景好。服務態度好。由於到的晚點，停車位不多不方便。給免費升級了大些的房型，面積不大，但佈局合理舒適。床墊很舒適。配置用品舒適。

這家快捷型酒店環境一般。I房間還是比較大一點。樓道和大堂的環境都一般。早餐是真不行。早餐要價比較高，而且食品少，周圍交通很方便。

比較小眾和低調的連鎖酒店，在北京住過，沒想到唐山也有。家庭房面積挺大，很安靜。但是電視網絡有些卡，晚上洗澡水不是很熱，停車位節假日不夠，先到先得。不過整體感覺還不錯，酒店有個小花園。

房間設施很一般，電視都看不了，提示下載中。
晚上洗漱，水衹是温的，達不到熱水，即便放了很久水，還是衹能勉強沖沖身上，都不敢洗頭，小孩直接沒給洗，怕感冒，布草很久了，用起來不放心
