酒店偏老，但服務很不錯。尤其前台高高的白白的小姐姐，聽一個短髮姐姐好像叫她小紅。入住的時候特別細心的問了床頭朝向的需求，我在別的酒店住的時候沒有任何一個服務員問過的，她真的服務特別周到特別細心。點外賣的時候忘了要筷子了，還是小姐姐給找的，要不就衹能吃手抓飯了哈哈哈哈哈。另外提個小建議，房間可以放個觸控的小氛圍燈，要不那個燈太昏暗了！

一家三口的旅行，住過最舒服的酒店～星級酒店大堂，前台特別温暖，房間超大特別舒服，中檔酒店價格高檔酒店感受，床鋪乾爽，採光特別好，周圍啥都有，出行方便，孩子説，媽媽一定記得給好評～

布草也不知道用了多少年了，特別不舒服
想用牀頭櫃的電源插座，必須把牀頭櫃搬出來一些，而且牀頭櫃非常非常非常重，這是什麼設計理念？
酒店後院停車場，從後門進酒店大廳，有門但是沒有任何標識，打電話問前台，工作人員説他不走那邊，衹知道有個小玻璃門可以進大廳，好吧，自己找吧。相比隔壁錦江之星，人家標誌清楚。
出停車場（南門），收費人員告知住酒店的衹能從西門出，南門不行，我就奇怪了，酒店前台開房時就不能提前告知一下嗎？
總之，差，太差了，你對得起295元一晚的價格嗎？價格和別人看齊了，你酒店的硬件、軟件是不是也得差不多點啊？
以後絕對不會再住了。

入住的501，半夜三點被人拿房卡開門，弄半天説是開510的門，直接給我整懵一夜。對門住的兩間長包房，每天一早就把門開着聊天，不知道是聊天聲音太大還是隔音效果太差，感覺就在我一個房間似的，還有就是外賣需要自己下樓取，兩晚的入住體驗極差。

吃個早餐，生一肚子氣。奶是涼的，煮麪的女士不讓調整温度，難道就讓客人喝涼的？ 取麪條的時候沒有先來後到的規矩，一團糟。去排隊讓我等，説前邊有打招呼的。我等會再去告訴我沒打招呼，繼續等。

房間大小還好，但是房間內部潮濕，床上的被子和單子也有些潮濕，空調開了一晚上房間內部才有乾燥的感覺，地毯臟的不能直視，體驗感不佳，四星級酒店我覺得不夠格。
