先是衞生真的很差，牆面是臟的，衞生間看着特別噁心，窗簾不知道為什麼那麼皺，其次早餐，轉了一圈，沒什麼吃的，和搶一樣，不好吃，量不多，去晚一點就更沒剩什麼了，因為加的很少，一瓶牛奶才多少，服務員在大罐子裏衹倒了半紙盒，也就兩杯。勺子都盛不出來，很失望，不推薦

總體來説對得起這個價格，床是1.5米的2張床，房間面積還可以，座機不能用衹是擺設！去的時候人很多，比較混亂！早餐還是不錯的，對於我個人來説吃飯比較挑剔，對早餐沒有抱希望，以為吃不了，沒想到，吃的東西選擇還是蠻多的！衹是人很多，亂糟糟的像菜市場一樣！整體還是比較滿意的，下次去還會選擇這裏！前台的服務有點差勁，問問題頭都不抬，敷衍了事！

優點：距離河頭老街1公里左右，步行20分鐘，打車5分鐘，7-8元。酒店空調給力，前台有礦泉水免費自取。一層到二層是飯店，吃飯很方便。自助早餐在負一，憑房卡就餐（其實我定房的時候，顯示的是不含餐），長者去吃早餐，説是不錯。暑期價格也不貴。
缺點：衞生不行，下圖是沙發和牆面，洗手枱下方還有上個旅客掉落牙膏蓋，地毯上污漬到處都是，浴缸邊上地毯縫隙很大，能看到厚塵土，洗手池設計類似小童洗手盆的高度，周邊牆面水漬肉眼可見，浴缸正對大門，無任何遮擋。房間無電視，有個投影儀，投影儀使用需要付費。
服務態度：也不是服務態度不好，僅限於最基礎的，晚上回酒店後，跟前台要求給送個牙刷，結果送牙刷的是位40多歲男性，沒有任何語言，開門遞個牙刷。早餐點的外賣，快遞小哥不知道具體位置，因為一棟大廈有兩個酒店，名義相似，應該是處於核實別送錯的前提，但是快遞小哥電話中，前台沒有表明前台身份，被前台人員指名道姓核實訊息，這種體驗感，及其讓人反感。

位置離景區步行20多分鐘
有地上和地下停車場都免費
大廳有熱水，晚上有客人在大廳泡麪，有熱水還是比較方便
礦泉水咖啡機也都有
房間還算整潔，面積也不算小
樓下有餐館大牌檔和便利店

不錯，酒店房間雖然不大但床住着舒服，體驗感很好，大堂還有免費的熱水可以打。酒店樓下就有吃飯的地方，非常方便。早餐也很豐富，很好吃。臨走時碰到了整理衞生的阿姨也很有禮貌的打招呼。

無限暢飲冰鎮礦泉水不錯，門口的拉麪館可以的，中午晚上去那裡吃的。早餐在酒店猶如打仗一般，幾乎都是空盤，補餐不及時，房間怎麼説呢也就那樣。辦入住的小妹有些皺眉，開心一些不好嗎！

定之前看了評論，因為是臨時決定去河頭老街，房源很少了，又想離景區近些，本着湊合一宿的原則，入住了這家酒店，規模很大，五星級設施確實是有，但是明顯感覺管理很亂，應該不是底層員工的問題，反應出來的是管理職協調安排能力差，五百間客房，旺季不提前看出租率嗎？安排三名前台辦理入住，一直排隊，來的客人幾乎把前台圍滿，三個小姑娘抗壓能力很強，客房阿姨人手數量明顯不夠，兩點半客房還沒打掃出來，阿姨一勁兒向我們致歉，電梯口公共區域地毯很臟，一看就沒定期清洗，還有煙頭，好的地方是客房很寬敞，床上用品乾淨，洗澡水也很好，最滿意的是這個季節空調很給力，設施規模都有的酒店，沒有用心經營～

酒店的地理位置不錯，自駕的話，距離河頭老街的位置是2.2米，距離南湖公園的距離是9.1米，有免費的停車場。雙床房的床比較大，睡得很舒服。早餐種類也算豐富。
