和朋友一起去唐山完預訂的這個酒店，一共預訂的一個3人間，1個大床房，體驗感極差。
首先房間巨吵，也不隔音，晚上1點到達酒店入住，6點多就丁零當啷的響，給吵醒了，完全沒有休息好，原因是餐廳就在房間樓上，先給前台打電話溝通讓看看聲音怎麼處理，也處理不了，其次説給換個房間，又告知沒房，要給安排個雙床房，支個摺疊床給我們三個人，我都不知道哪個笨蛋想出來的辦法；
然後餐廳的餐盒熱菜是冷的，炒餅是餿的，咖啡機是沒有咖啡豆的，這個酒店大床281，三人間400，不算便宜，但是整個環境和服務，完全不匹配這個價格。
強烈建議訂房的朋友們再看看。
感謝攜程友好的處理完這次不好的體驗，會繼續支持攜程，但是這家酒店真的很差勁。

房間大而寬敞，建議選定豪華大床房，雙床房。空間大，住起來特別舒服。酒店服務用心，對客人的要求響應很快，儘可能的滿足。老闆很實在，再去唐山還會再次選定該酒店

房間大小可以，帶着孩子住也不顯得擁擠。枕頭挺舒服的，有一個是乳膠枕，比較驚喜。地理位置很方便，去唐山站衹要幾分鐘，打車去唐山宴也很近，提前預訂價格也比較合適

位置不錯，前台小男生經理服務態度超級好；早餐是涼的，但是品質對的起這個價格……客房服務設施還需提升，房間樓道裝修味很重……吐槽一下我入住的時候的一位女士 應該是管理層吧 穿的lol風格的衣服，頭髮也沒綁起來……拉着臉，還很嫌棄我們……要不是你家前台小男生經理服務態度好，我絕對要投訴你……
