來之前看了其它酒店同房型房間，感覺空間太小，就來維也納了，房間滿意，隔音很好，不吵，服務很好，還送了下午點心，早餐種類也不少，下次來還會再來。

酒店位置好，有挺大的獨立停車場，大堂裏為客人預備了茶飲糖果，酒店房間空氣清新，設施佈局合理，燈具照度充足，布草潔凈，亮化的化粧鏡、室內設施的智能化控制，各處細節滿滿！前台工作人員服務熱情、專業，我帶着兩位長者，工作人員提供了更多的關照和方便。河頭老街的璀璨燈火讓人流連忘返，而透過維亞納酒店（火車站店）專業的服務讓我們感受到唐山的熱情和温暖！這麼近那麼美週末到河北～下次來唐山 還會入住維也納酒店。贊👍

酒店超出想象的好👍前台小姐姐人美聲甜，幫我們推薦了周邊的美食，價格親民。連住兩晚，衞生超好，停車場就有充電樁，太方便了。另外早餐的雞蛋餅現做的，很好吃。唐山是一座有温度的事城市，下次來還會選擇維也納國際酒店。

這次出去是突然有事兒，第1次入住這一家酒店，入住下來的感覺非常的好，服務非常的到位，有禮貌，每個人都是笑臉盈盈的，現在還可以免費做了升級，房間面積很大，各個設施都特別的好，還有小度小度很不錯，淋浴設備真不錯，衞生也很好。床品也挺好的。 下午還給送了酸奶，很細心以後經常去唐山就住這一家了。 表揚前台小姑娘服務很不錯。

設施：全新設備，非常完美，不錯不錯
衞生：乾淨衞生燈光亮度可調，插座和USB接口多到夠用，熬夜趕方案也舒服。床品是鵝絨填充的，回彈超棒，出差累到倒頭就睡，完全沒失眠。早餐有現煮麪條和本地特色小吃，7點就開餐，趕早會也能吃飽。離店時落下了U盤，前台當天就順豐寄回，還附了手寫便簽，責任心滿分！下次來這座城市，直接跳過比價環節選它。

本人是個粉塵過敏，灰塵過敏的人，但是住這個酒店，真的一晚上都沒打噴嚏，很乾凈，床單也特別乾淨。而且發現我們住的房間裏，在浴室門後面有掛衣服的地方，超級細心，住了很多酒店，其他酒店都沒有這個細節。早餐也種類很多，而且很清淡飲食。真的誇獎這個的房間乾淨，我但凡比如灰塵多，身上就起蕁麻疹，我在自己家都會起，昨天一天都沒有。

住過全國設備最好的維也納，全智能家居，馬桶都是，最主要是前台還有洗衣房客服人員服務都超級好，超出我的預期，下來來還住，因為維也納環境和服務，讓我對唐山這座城市充滿了期待。
