店家態度特別好，非常熱情，七月暑期，獨居特別便宜，所有用品都是一次性的，乾淨又衞生。海景房，格局好，小區環境特別好，樓下有沙灘，人還不多，可以挖沙，玩水，摸魚，都是免費的

設施齊全洗衣機空調都有，房間很乾凈房主還給贈送了一次性床品太貼心了，有任何需要聯繫房東很快解決，房間可以看見整個海面，很愉快的一次入住，下次去還住這家。

海景確實很好，但是比同小區同房型貴很多，水龍頭是壞的，一個紗窗都沒有屋裡全是蚊子還沒有蚊香液，整得不敢開窗户，和老闆反映後晚上把缺少的東西送來了。孩子想洗澡得現等燒水，洗完吹風機也沒有還得風乾，一個晾衣掛都沒有。海邊玩完想給孩子沖個澡才發現沒有熱水，現燒水非常慢，還着急出去吃飯，給孩子涼夠嗆，發現死蟲子還和我説都是正常的，半夜聽見衞生巾有蛐蛐兒叫，非常原生態，能接受衞生狀況的可以嘗試。對了，房主還給我補償了51.9元，説是房費的30%部分，差不多正好是比別人家貴出的部分。

贊一個，離海邊非常近，開窗就是海景。房間裏毛巾什麼都是一次性的，還有一次性床單被套。老闆人很好，安排一下接送站👍。愉快的體驗，下次有機會來曹妃甸，還要預訂，哈哈哈。

五星給到老闆的服務，我們應該是這個房間的第一位客人，窗簾，燒水壺，吹風機都是老闆現買現裝的，服務非常到位。房間面對大海，環境非常好，離海邊很近。房間非常新，傢俱家電的包裝都沒拆。窗户沒有紗窗，傢俱是非常廉價的密度板做的，非常不結實，帶孩子去要小心，裏面還有裝修的味道
