Service is really poor, they do not understand english it seems, asking for anything is a hassle. The music by the pool is deafening and something you would expect at 3am at Ibiza in 2016. Rude security guards that first wouldnt let us take our water to the pool area which is ok, but when we came back they opened our bottle and drank it, which is Stange as they Said we would get our drinks back. Breakfast it what you would expect from a budget hotel. The lobby is crowded with workers talking amongst themselves making it almost impossible to talk to them. Location is ok to bad. Facilities old and unkept. Music in the pool areas is periodically broken up by commercial break. Bugs in the hotelrooms. Smell of **** in the Hallways. This is probably the worst and least professional experience ive had at a hotel. Dont go unless you want a headache.

A really nice hotel, I v been there for 6 days and I v had a wonderful experience, the room is beautiful, and the view is magnificent on the sea side, the hotel staff are really nice and helpful. I must say that the restaurant is really good, a large menu with so many choices. The room came with free access to the pool party, so that was nice too. A big thank u to the staff of the Mandarin Palace for making my stay a very special experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the room and the view are magnificent with sea view. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Good breakfast and The Hotel's location is perfect Highly recommended. We will be back soon !

The worst experience I've ever had. This is definitely less than a 2 star hotel with the rate of 5. The rooms are very dirty, old and low quality. The staff and management are the worst specially the front office (Hatim) is very rude and clueless about the brand and its valuable guests. I hated my stay here and i DO NOT RECOMMEND

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité des principales attractions et bien desservi. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux, ainsi que les installations comme la piscine et la salle de sport, qui étaient impeccables. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et agréable

Hôtel à éviter absolument, ne mérite pas du tout les prix appliqués, lui attribuer les 5 etoiles est vraiment une arnaque, je dirais plutôt un 3 étoile, chambre double très petite pas bien entretenue, petit déjeuner avec choix limité et qualité très très moyenne.

Nada que ver con el lujoso Mandarin Oriental, es un hotel correcto situado en el gran paseo marti timó que bordes el mar en Tànger, servicio correcto, habitaciones que dan a la carretera y otras a la piscina con exceso de música algunas noches, desayuno correcto sin màs.

Très très mauvaise expérience. Chambres sale. Mauvaise odeurs du toilette. Impossible de dormir avant 04 h du matin .il faut payer les parasol et les relax a la piscine. Je sais pas comment cette hôtel a obtenu la mention 5 étoile je reviendrai jamais
