Really pleased with the apartment. Bright airy and very clean. This ia a new hotel and the service has been excellent. Taufiq at reception has been really hospitable and provided a great service. We had a slight issue with the shower which he had resolved straight away. The beach is nearby aswell as the city centre. The old town area is a 40 minute walk. Nice breakfast available with plenty of places to eat nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was absolutely great value for money. Recommended for group as well as couples. Modern amenities, near to public transport and great professional host.

This is a hotel-like homestay or long-term rental apartment with a building. First of all, the service is three points because this rating standard is not suitable for it, because it does not have a doorman, so you have to carry your own luggage and clean the house. I don't know why it didn't appear. But even so, I still think it's worth staying here. Parking is downstairs or in the underground garage, and there is someone to watch over it. The room facilities are complete, but there is no oil, salt, etc. for cooking, and no laundry detergent, but the shampoo and shower gel of this house are of good quality, and the fragrance is what I like. The gentleman at the front desk let me stay in the room on the 7th floor, which is good! I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know.

The apartment was wonderful, very clean, and had everything you need for a short or long stay. Breakfast was available for an extra charge. The beach isn't that nice, but you can walk a further 5 minutes and there's a large beach nearby. You can get to Medina for about 15 dirhams.
