The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and comfortable. Each corner of the hotel breathes elegant and refining, and it is clear that every detail has been carefully thought to create a luxurious and welcome atmosphere. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly cautious and devoted, always ready to meet my needs and make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their professionalism and gentleness have really added a further dimension to this hotel experience.
Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier

Going at the end of March, the hotel is located in the mountainous area on the outskirts of Tangier, Morocco, and the scenery is relatively good. But because it is Ramadan, there are not many basic guests, and the swimming pool is under maintenance. The buffet for $50 per person is relatively low cost, the food is not much and it is not added, the customer service staff basically does not understand English, and the communication is relatively difficult. Breakfast ordered a 200ml cup of orange juice, charged $12, a bit outrageous, of course, the room facilities reached the five-star standard. After leaving the hotel, I found that I had overcharged an inexplicable $250 and had asked the bank for a refund. The overall service level can be at the star level of 2-3. Not recommended, the price is too low.

The city of Asilah is very small, the hotel is located on the edge of the city, very quiet, walking to the attractions and the seaside more than 10 minutes, the breakfast is relatively simple, the boss is very warm, it is recommended accommodation.

Hotel Zelis

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Some of its windows and balconies are available on the port and thus the sea water, although it is separated by some buildings, including a fireplace. All is excellent, since reception through the room service and breakfast which is included ... This is a hotel that honors the mythical city of Asila.

This hotel was a real problem from the start. The booking was made mistakenly while holidaying in Morocco thinking it was Ibis Tangier central location. My sister and I tried to rectify the problem on many occasions before our check in but it was just mission impossible to cancel our booking. We tried on the premises as a last attempt once we realised how FILTHY and SMELLY the whole place is. The cancellation page come as ”error” every single time even if the information required are: name + reservation number. At 4 o'clock in the morning and having been fast asleep; my sister and I were suddenly awoken by the smashing noise of our door lock closing. I run to the door and opened it to see the back of a tall guy wearing black clothing (We have no idea how long he was inside). He turned back towards me, giving me a dark look as if I was the intruder than continues nonchalantly towards the elevator as absolutely nothing has happened. The first floor corridor was well lit and there was no one else on that long and grabby corridor but him. He did not seem to be checking on any other adjacent rooms. It was too obvious that we were somehow a target as he came straight to our room and went away again. No one else complained about a similar incident in the morning. Astonishingly in this country, not only you give your Passport or Id details to the hotel secured in the booking system with a password...etc But it seems there is an undisclosed GRABBY BOOKLET where they too keep your details in it. And who has access to it ?! Needless to say that my sister and I were both shaky. THERE IS NO HOTEL PHONE IN THE ROOM TO CALL RECEPTION AND ASK FOR HELP. THERE IS NO SECURITY CHAIN OR BOLT INSIDE THE DOOR. Make no mistakes, intruders UNSCUPULOUSLY in this hotel can access your room as they had a spare electronic card to every room. We could not go back to sleep and had all sorts of scenarios unfolding in front of us until the sunrise. In the morning and to our great horror we were told that NOT ONLY reception desk is closed at 11 pm (so even if we cried for help NO ONE WAS there) but ALSO the only person present last night on the premises was the SECURITY GUY. After identifying him, we could not believe that the violator of female guests privacy while fast asleep and possibly intent to some sort of harm was the very one in charge of guests security!!!!
