Good morning,
This is the 2nd time we have booked at this hotel, unfortunately the latter lacks many things regarding a 5 star hotel. Not competent staff, poor reception service, a lot of waiting, poorly educated restaurant staff (we hear insults between the staff with bad words, so no respect for hotel guests).
Towel service the same, they have instructions not to provide towels if the customer does not have their towel card, whereas during the check-in at reception no one gave us cards for the towels.
Food remains to be desired
