I read the reviews before coming here, and I came to check in with great trepidation, but in fact, I felt good. First of all, the check-in was very smooth. Someone opened the car door to take the luggage and sent us to the room. The room was relatively new and clean. There were hand soap, shampoo, and slippers. The towels were a bit old, but I'm used to it. The view was good. It might be because it was under maintenance during the off-season, so the beach and swimming pool (only one was open) outside the door looked shabby. The facilities were more family-friendly, and I didn't participate in the others. The food supply, I had two meals included, and I felt it was quite rich, so I could give it 4.5 points. Especially for breakfast, Noussair Ait bouhsain was very enthusiastic and attentive, recommended and introduced the dishes, asked us to take a video of pouring tea, and took pictures for us. Not good at all: Rooms were fully prepaid with credit card upon booking (one-night stopover). After I declined an additional guarantee deposit on my credit card, we were asked to pay a deposit of approximately €40 for the pool towels. Not 5*-like. The hotel facilities in the rooms and entrance area were okay, but extremely loud music played by the pool and in the courtyard for hours, and the food at the hotel beach bar was not appropriate for the hotel category.
