Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

It has been a pleasure experience to stay in Alium Tangerang hotel. We stayed for two days. The staff were very helpful even when before we arrived. The front office staff (Natalia, Catrice, and Andin) help us to get the room easier and earlier than the usual scheduled check-in time. I recommend this place to stay in Tangerang.

My stay in this property was for one day only.The staff / employees are of good nature & helpful. Front desk receptionists Ms Anes and Ms Fiby were helpful at the time of check in.
Room is spacious. Over all my stay was good.The internet connection is very poor in the 9th floor.

GGuest UserOutstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

They always make sure that you are comfortable weather with the room or other things. Gym is fantastic, Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, ice bath. Everything you need they have. Very recommended :)

GGuest UserThis hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day.
The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby.
The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.

Posizione favolosa, tra ristoranti e negozi e perfetto per un comodo check-in mattiniero. Stanza pulita e comoda, letto confortevole e bel bagno. AC con macchina tipo pinguino molto rumorosa ma una volta rinfrescata la stanza si può anche spegnere. Pareti sottili che facevano sentire anche il bambino che tossiva nella stanza a fianco. Consigliato per la posizione ma portatevi i tappi

GGuest UserAmazing stay with return airport transfer, saved a lot with this great service. The hotel is linked to a mall with KFC, Starbucks and some restaurants. There are some local hawker stalls around, also, some local marts around, good enough for transit. My recommendation is to inform the hotel at least a day earlier about your arrival time so that you have enough time to communicate for the arrival pickup. I was lucky as i was the only 1 to ride on the car, the meeting point was quite difficult to find so the driver came to my location to pick me up. For departure, i reserved a seat for myself a day earlier due to i have early flight.
The room is spacious and overall is good with simple amenities.

GGuest UserTraveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

JJTtops7The Terminals are far apart so a car or train ride is required to get to the right terminal for the hotel. The trains is closed at night and the busses travel every 1.5 hours but for a few you can take a taxi that accepts only Indonesian rupees. Once arrived you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room which is quite compact but cosy enough. There's plenty of local restaurants for a breakfast meal in the morning and small shops.

AAnonymous UserIt's unfortunate that there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport after 3 PM. The hotel can arrange transportation, but we must pay IDR 55,000 for pick-up outside of shuttle hours. However, according to the hotel information, it should only be IDR 35,000.
