Hotels near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang

The hotel location is easily missed; not well marked. It is at Terminal 1, which is not a busy terminal. There are no lifts fro street level to reception .. the air conditioning unit requires cleaning; and has low output. Minimal services available in the room, and wifi is continually failing .. There are no elevators to higher floors .. would I stay there again .. No!

I stay here for transit after long flight from Dubai. I realized lock for door not work but because i really tired so i decided to put my luggage behind my door, in case someone try to come inside i can noticed. Morning time at 9 a.m i still lay in my bed when cleaning service open my door, i was shocked and he said sorry then closed the door. I mean why he just open the door without knocking to make sure is there anyone in room. So when check out i gave information about this, and good that staff there feel sorry and said will fix the things. Overall i like to stay here, for transit this hotel is good and also has shuttle bus to airport.

Nice hotel with great hospitality staff, clean room, friendly security, when i stay in this hotel, they treat me like a king. They are helpful and friendly. I will comeback to this hotel again in my next visit to jakarta

Near location jakarta airport easy if u want to go aiport..have the shuttle van to airport.

Traveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

Hotel with great customer service team. We stay inside 2 single bed room. We have fantastic stay too. Refillable water jug, shampoo&soap. I support these actions as they are towards to environtmental friendly approach.there is aiport shuttle between hotel and jakarta airport.it is free of charge.only hoka bento reataurant nearby the area, it is for take away service only and not for dine in. Never notice there is cafe or supermarket nearby. Daan mogot mall is nearby but you will need to take a grab.

I had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

Since we missed our connecting flight, our airline arranged this hotel for us. It's located about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in a industrial area next to the airport, so there are no facilities on walking distance. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, but the food we received with our vouchers was limited. The hotel is just to get some rest and to wait for your next flight. When we had to leave the next morning the shuttle bus was already waiting for us 30 minutes before the agreed departure time.

I took a shower and the room is floating with water, not sure where it came from. I was too tired so didn’t ask to change a room. Except this little incident, rest of the stay was fine.

Rooms could definitely be cleaner but well appointed and sufficient for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating with not just service but also information. Very close to the airport and they have a free airport shuttle, so very convenient if you time your exit to the airport correctly. If you're looking for a stay close to the airport, this is a good deal and decent value for money.
