GGuest UserMy experience in double tree bintaro was overall 4.5/5.0 everything was perfect until the breakfast buffet. First of all staff was not attentive upon arrival and they simply just said seat wherever you want although there was no table available at that moment. So we had to ask around if the seats were available to dinning hall staffs. Also i asked one of the staff where is the sambal (hot sauce) and he asked me he doesn’t know where they put the hot sauce. It was a funny but kinda embarrassing situation if i was the staff at this hotel. Other than that it was overall good experience. Oh and there were No cotton buds in the amenities. So bring your own.

YYong Jian LeeThey put me on a smoking floor even though I requested for a non-smoking room. The cigarette smell is really bad and I was only able to change to a different floor on the 2nd night.

SsusisuziOverall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

GGuest UserProns: Strategic location, nearby pasar modern BSD, spacious room (grand deluxe), receptionist and room service was fast and very supportive . Starbucks and Indomaret available.
Cons: Late checkout only until 12:45. Swimming pool quiet smelly due to chlorine, gym space is really small with outdated treadmill

118169363Very unfriendly reception, I arrive hotel at 12:30, even room are ready, but ask to wait till 2 pm, after long complain then give me the room. When I call operator/reception from room, there are no answer all the times, service really bad.

GGuest UserSorry sir/madam if I have to give an honest review, when I first entered the hotel room it smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of urine even though it had been flushed several times the smell was still there although it had reduced, on the bed sheet there was a little blood stain (even though neither I nor my friend were having PMS) and on one part of the red sheet there was a black stain, it seemed like the sheet had not been cleaned, the same goes for the bathroom, hopefully this will be good input for the future and will not happen again, thanks.
