They put me on a smoking floor even though I requested for a non-smoking room. The cigarette smell is really bad and I was only able to change to a different floor on the 2nd night.

good location, there is supermarket within 10mins walk. quite area from bad traffic area.

Front desk informed me with wrong information since i have 3 bookings. Had to swap rooms. Breakfast was widespread, but food was all cold, or just doesnt taste good. The food was of 3 star hotel quality. Only 2 lifts to go up, so getting to rooms were slow since people had to access the same lift to get to event venues.
Service was good in general.

Family hotel with friendly staff. Food choices are relatively diverse. There is a swimming pool and gym. The room is clean. The location is near the mall, so if you want to look for food or want to go to BxSea it's close.

The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. Breakfast has lots of variety and is delicious. Staying 2 nights with family was very enjoyable. The location is very close to Trans Snow and BXSea.
