The location is very good. There is a night market just outside. The whole hotel is very new, but the only thing that is not good is that there is a small decorative pillow that has a strong smell.

The room I stayed in was incomplete and the shower was broken. Oh, yes, the deposit can be cash or transfer (BCA), and you can get an H+1 return after checkout.

Convenient & affordable. Cleanness is not bad for the room but the washroom is quite dirty. Hopefully they can improve & ensure the washroom is washed with a better smell before letting any customer check-in. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location with good facilities. It is close to Tangerang Shopping Center, which makes it very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel has a good view, but the breakfast is a little expensive.

Found cockroaches in the room, used tissue hnder the bed, and smelly room when first entered the room. The toilet also has bad smell.
Only one sandal provided per room. The room service entered the room without knocking!

JJesse CCCThis is the hotel for when you really need to take a break or catch a flight after a long trip in the countryside. Nice, spacious rooms with good water pressure. Attentive service brought me an iron at 5:30am. They have a pool and restaurants. Plus outside they have very active street food areas with lots of fruit, pempeck, sate etc. About 25mins to airport with tolls around 7am. Good.

SSunhit Bishnoirooms are very small we had to pay $15 par day to upgarade our romm which was liitle uncomfortable as all booking made are non refundable . as we had long flght just paid and slept

DDennyThis facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.
