Little cockroaches in bath rooms although the room was clean and stylish. The taxi driver found it difficult to locate the hotel as it seems little difficult to reach. But breakfast and staff service was very good considering of the price paid.

The room was very tiny especially the non window (i think if the room was tiny as that must have atleast small window coz really hardly to breath). We requested for room with window and they granted the request. Food was great especially the desserts.

A lovely stay! Very clean. Super quick laundry service. A place downstairs to have a beer and chill. Good fresh food at the restaurant upstairs.

Book for my family. Had a delay. Asked C-trip/ hotel if it was possible to change the booking date. And they were very helpful. Manage to change the booking date. Also love the place. Only 4 km from the hotel and very affordable. Will stay there again next time

The room is not very big, but it is clean. There are not many food options around. The second floor of the hotel is where you can eat. The breakfast is OK, so it is suitable for a stay here during a layover.

The water pipes in the two sinks are dead, the sockets don't work properly, the pads are falling apart... there are lots of short hairs on the mattress, the pillow smells of men's perfume... the floors are dirty, like they haven't been cleaned in a long time, try to fix everything... it's too dirty to be called a 4 star hotel.
