The hardware of this hotel is actually acceptable (it is next to the highway and there are car honking sounds everywhere in the middle of the night, but it is far from business. The building is an apartment that was converted into a hotel, so the room is very small); but because I didn't read the reviews carefully before booking, I ended up making a mistake (this hotel will check everything in the room very carefully when checking out, and because I soiled the towel a little bit, I was asked for a cleaning fee of 500 RMB; I read the reviews of this hotel later and found that there were several people who made the same mistake as me); so you really get what you pay for. When the surrounding hotels are fully booked, this hotel can still be so deserted, there really is a reason.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked out. I asked security to call someone, but they still didn't show up after a while. I was in a hurry so I asked security to check out. I have never stayed in a hotel where there was no one at the front desk for such a long time. I don't think this is a hotel that responds quickly to customers.
Also, there was loud construction going on in the room on the floor above from the morning without any notice, so I couldn't relax.
In all these cases I felt the service provided to guests was poor.
