Nice and clean. Close by to airport. Quiet environment. Bed and linen were comfortable. However food options around the area is limited. Breakfast was simple.

Room is clean n comfortable. The bed n pillows are good. Improvement is the time for swimming pool n gym. If possible to Start at 6 am n close later especially gym.

The environment is very beautiful, the room is clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the hotel front desk is very friendly and the service is thoughtful. It is also convenient to buy things at the Alpha supermarket on the left downstairs, and the restaurant and coffee shop on the first floor are also good!

There was no one at the front desk when I checked out. I asked security to call someone, but they still didn't show up after a while. I was in a hurry so I asked security to check out. I have never stayed in a hotel where there was no one at the front desk for such a long time. I don't think this is a hotel that responds quickly to customers.
Also, there was loud construction going on in the room on the floor above from the morning without any notice, so I couldn't relax.
In all these cases I felt the service provided to guests was poor.
