Tangerang City Hotels with Gym

Perfect place to relax before a long flight with sauna cold and hit jacuzzi pool (open till 10pm).They also provided a free shuttle to the airport each hour and it’s really close like 15min. It would be nice to have an outlet close to the bed.

Hotel with great customer service team. We stay inside 2 single bed room. We have fantastic stay too. Refillable water jug, shampoo&soap. I support these actions as they are towards to environtmental friendly approach.there is aiport shuttle between hotel and jakarta airport.it is free of charge.only hoka bento reataurant nearby the area, it is for take away service only and not for dine in. Never notice there is cafe or supermarket nearby. Daan mogot mall is nearby but you will need to take a grab.

The location was good. Value for the money. Staffs were nice. But the hotel was full, so the hotel staffs were overwhelmed to exercie covid protocol, many guests were not wearing mask, no action were taken by hotel staffs. For those who is driving, this establishment has the most challengin maneuver, its a nightmare parking place ever.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Phone in room was not clean. Sticky and smelly. I did not dare to use it for my room menu order. Toothbrush packet was crumpled, though brush were new. Near packing would be more welcoming.

The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

I appreciated the great kindness and hospitality of all the staff, but in practice when you arrive, you have a personal supporter to whom you can ask anything. Ok they are paid for this, but they do their job with passion and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is comfortable, equipped with a swimming pool, of course outdoor, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is the home of wedding parties. The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable bed.A little negative comment: air conditioning in the room is not particularly silent and the noise of the outside traffic is too high in the restaurant. Being close to the industrial area, there are no attractions in the surroundings but the economic taxis allow you to reach the center of Jakarta with a little cost.

My Mum and Dad stayed for a week in Fika rooms Apartement. They are so thankful for what the staff did to them. Clean room with beautiful view, easy access, and most of all the friendly staff. They are advantageous.. My dad is disable person, he got all the assistance. I cannot thankful enough for the staff services toward my parents. It was also so feasible to communicate even from different continent. It was Above and Beyond Hospitality!! Keep your work!! You guys are awesome !! Terima Kasih Banyak😊😊👍

The room is ok and you get what you pay for. Bathroom is not particularly nice and doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s not close to the airport (30/40 minute drive) to a rather dodgy area. But the reason this place gets such a poor rate is the service!! We were told we would be collected from the airport using their free shuttle so we got our bags and were waiting where we were told to and no one was there. We contacted the hotel to be told the staff member was waiting at the wrong arrival area and he would come and find us. We waited 50 minutes, when he did arrive there was no shuttle and we were told we’d have to get the skytrain and then a public shuttle to which we refused. Eventually having to make our own way there in a taxi. Once checked in we ordered room service from a very limited menu which were very small portions and average at best. Next, we were woken at 7am by a phone call from the staff asking if we wanted breakfast!! Breakfast is available until 9am. Do not recommend this place
