November to April is their peak tourist season, and when the house prices are at their highest, prices can go up. The service is nothing to say. The beach is not suitable for swimming in October. We recommend the safari park and lagoon projects. You can see many birds and animals. The Bhutanese manager is very nice. If you have any needs, tell him and he will arrange it directly. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the airport, a 3-3.5 hour drive. Unlike Aman in other countries, airport pick-up and drop-off require additional fees.

We had a few problems checking in as the manager told us he had cancelled the booking but we did not receive any information about this and even on the ctrip app, the booking was still showing as confirmed. We stayed in the hotel next door instead as BV was full. Unfortunately, we had paid for BV residence on a discounted price and the hotel next door was not to the same standard and we were charged full price, meaning we had downgraded rooms for around the same price. Room was modern, clean and tidy. Bathroom was huge.
