There is no service at this hotel the wifi the tv connection are very bad. The room we had has no view it is not what i expect. They do not even provide basic necesseties like water or water boiler . Everything you either rent or pay deposit for each item it is not suitable for foreigner guest

The resort has a scenic location, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The rooms and villas are built on steep slopes, which made getting around quite tiring—especially with no golf carts or shuttles provided, despite how large the property is. We stayed in a cliffside room that was very dated. While the AC unit seemed fairly new and towels were provided, the bathroom was poorly maintained. The shower head barely had any water coming out, and the water heater was just for show—it wasn’t even connected or powered. Another major issue was the outdoor dining area, which was constantly swarming with flies. It was nearly impossible to enjoy a meal without flies landing on or buzzing around your food. The natural beauty of the location has potential, but the resort really needs upgrades, better maintenance, and more attention to guest comfort.

Place is good, have a beautiful view. The food are delicious. The only problem is the room looks old and worst is the area it’s full of flies. I still remember when I ordered coffee, flies dive into it….. it’s more than hundred of flies eating and drinking with us.

The resort is great for teambuildibg. It has 2 pools and many room accomodation. It may be difficult for elderly and pwd to walk around as it is uphill and lot of stairs. It is very difficult to make reservation bec no one is answering the phone calls. Messenges thru fb messenger also takes few days before they reply.

Checked in end of July 2022, The place is nice it’s a little bit old now. We stayed at the BArkadas room In the main building where the restaurant is. Price is 6,500 pesos to 7,500 pesos per night 4 beds up to 8 people. The room is spacious. The air condition is very good keeps us comfortable. Bathroom is dated the sink was old and the cabinets are worn out and painted poorly. The shower is old and no shampoo and conditioner. Bath towel are newer than the other hotels that I stayed into. Don’t leave your towels at the pool they will charge you 500 pesos each towel. 2 towels each bed. The doors are not in good shape. Main door for the room is hard to open as the bottom is scraping the floor. The doorknob is loose and hard to open. Bathroom door is also hard to close due to the door is scraping the bottom. There is a restrooms outside the rooms but all of them are out of orders. Now moving downstairs to the restaurant. The check in and check out is at the bar area. The front desk is also takes food orders and alcohol. It just not too inviting to any out of town guest. Lol. I lined up to check in and I have to wait in line for a while. because the front desk is taking food orders and drink orders. We ate at the restaurant. Nice and spacious tables are big. Really good food. Pansit not my favorite there. The other food was good. But my concerns are too many flies. Even though They have screen on their doors. They are not closing them, so while eating it’s really annoying to have to keep the fly off the food. The price of the food is reasonable. Drinks, cocktails. There is no mixed drinks. The restrooms for the restaurant needs to be cleaned better. You will loose your appetite after you use the restroom. I don’t think it’s being cleaned everyday or at least every 3 hours just to make sure they don’t smells. You can smell it in the hallway. The place where the restaurant also have pool table and table tennis. You can rent them hourly it’s about 150 pesos to 250 pesos. We played table tennis. It was fun. But of course there’s always but. There a lot of cat poops on the floors and it’s really stinky. So I have to request to have them removed the poops. So they need to get the area cleaned and keep them clean. We went to swimming. The pool is really nice. We enjoyed the pool. Oh you have to make sure to rinse your swimming trunks, for some reason if you don’t rinse it. And try to use it the next day, it smells really stinky, I think it’s the chlorine. Good thing I brought 2 swimming trunks. I would recommend the place to my friends for an overnight. But if they start to clean up the place and update the Bathrooms it will be great to stay for 3 nights maybe. We stayed 3 days 2 nights.

The staff is great. Food not bad. Conference facilities are nice. But the place is just dated. In my first room, the shower heater did not work. They were kind enough to move me to another room yet the light is still partially on when you turn it off. The mattresses and pillows are bad. Worse sleep in my life.
