Hotel Pedra Niedda

The restaurant is superb. Excellent pizzas, great choice of fish, meat and pasta dishes. House wine very good and very reasonably priced. Staff friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great value. Ate there three times that week. Ideally located for anyone using the Baia dei Mora Neilson Resort. Nice bar. Highly recommended.

Staying at the nearby Neilson resort-this is the closest restaurant-pleasant 10 minute walk up the hill. Lovely outside seating area set in a courtyard. The menu is very comprehensive-lots of choice for hot and cold starters-main courses-fish, pastas, risotto, meat. Their pizza menu is extensive-lots of choice. They are outstanding, huge in size and excellent value. The service is friendly and quick. Went four times during our stay-highly recommend.

This was the worst service I've ever experienced. It all started well with a pleasant waiter, the anti pasta was good. Then we got to the mains. One of our party ordered the fish fish and this arrived in a timely manner however the three pizzas took another hour to arrive. What made it more ridiculous was that the waiter tried to claim the service was good but failed to understand that he should have been talking to the kitchen to see where our food was. It was made worse that we had a 7 month baby with us and his mum had to take her pizza away as he needed to go to bed. We did get the wine for free along with the water and they removed the service charge but refused further discount as it was against policy. Can't comment on what the food was like as I was so annoyed that this restaurant had spoilt our evening. You have been warned

We went there for a nice family dinner and food was amazing especially the delicious frutti di mare pizza, tasty tirimasu and lovely house wine. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend eating here for anyone visiting surrounding areas in Sardinia.

Visited the restaurant only for an evening meal while staying at the Neilson resort further down the hill. Arrived early while the restaurant was almost empty, drinks arrived quickly and main course service was great - service slowed down as the restaurant filled up. I found it a little rude that oil, condiments etc were removed from our table half way through our main course and handed to another table with no query about wether we were finished with them and the service for desert and paying the bill was slow. We both ate pizza, one was great but the vegetarian option a little watery in the centre. Pistachio parfait was great through and the spritz was well made. Vegetarian options were limited - only pizza available when we visited.
