This is my third time staying at this hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. I booked the deluxe garden room which I can assess straight out when open the sliding door. The temperature is very comfortable and cozy. The room is spacious with a large bed and bathroom. The breakfast is not much choice but it was nice. Worth for money and not too expensive. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Such a big room for a very reasonable price. Room cleanliness can be improved as there are some marks on the wall and stains on sofa, bedsheet & and door mat towel. Breakfast spread was superb and tasty 🫶🏽 Location is great, peaceful, near to shops but can be confusing for first timer. It is located in a “dead” mall and the lobby is at the 3rd floor. Quite weird for a 4 stars & well known hotel. Parking in the basement is free. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out process was smooth. They asked for rm100 deposit but will be refunded after check out. Will repeat definitely ❤️

Service:- I rode in from the rain > asked for early check-in > Receptionist called me a 115pm to let me know room was ready. Managed to keep my stuff with bellboy whilst I went out to find breakfast and wait for room check-in Bellboy helped bring my stuff to the room. 200RM deposit was returned to me in denominations of 50, when I had used 2 x 100RM notes > I requested for this back and receptionist had to get manager approval before returning 2 x 100RM to me. Can borrow umbrella from lobby if it's raining. Facilties: Bathtub is kids size, not adult size. no massage services. Carpark > no motorbike parking lots. Parking: I ended up parking my Ducati Diavel Carbon, FBL 747S, in basement carpark cos security guard did not let me park outside lobby. (Even though Ducati Club Singapore managed to park there in May 2024 as well as open carpark lots below) However later in the day, Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, FBG 38G, was allowed to park there. Security guard said rider is from Kings Motorcycle Club > I told security guard that Kings MC only rides harleys. Security guard then says rider is VIP, and his boss approved the parking. I questioned the receptionist > they referred me to security > I told receptionist what security said and receptionist could not do anything. The rider left the next morning; I was having breakfast at the outdoor seating, could hear him start the bike, let the bike warm up, before riding off. (so ”noise” is not a valid reason for not parking there) I came back to my motorbike to find it covered in dust and fluff, cos it was 7m away from the laundromat (I parked here cos there was another motorbike here and there are no motorbike lots in the basement carpark) The whole reason for parking somewhere visible and in line of sight of Security, is for the security of the motorycycle. (There is a notice in the basement carpark that states parking at carpark is responsibility of owner, not the premises) Breakfast: good spread and variety.

For the price we pay, cant say we shld expect much. But when i opt fr apartment, i was hoping at least basic amenities of washing machine and an oven maybe. Amenities we got was decent 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with heater but wifi signal bad. However staff service was warm and convenient. Location was good as its quitr centralised.

Location is nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. But away from noises. During our stay, there was a festival at a nearby church, so there was a little bit of noise but we were informed about it beforehand. Not much view for the garden room. It is an old building, thus some parts of the fixtures are worn out mainly in the bathroom area. There was no smell, so plus point. As for facilities, there are gym, mini indoor playground, garden, library, lounge, and restaurants. The library was only filled with Chinese books. The garden could be maintained better. The check in and check out process were smooth. When we entered the room, we couldn’t find how to turn on the fan. We called the reception and was told the switch is inside the cabinet (quite high up). Later on, we realised that the mattress and sheets were slippery (when you lie down, you will easily slip down). We informed the reception about it, but they said that that is how the bed is made (3 layers of thin sheets with a blanket) and unfortunately there’s no thick duvet or comforter to cover the slippery mattress. Then we told the housekeeper about it, and he kindly told us that he will provide a mattress sheet. The housekeeper attended to us swiftly and helped to assemble the beddings for us. Very very helpful housekeeper.
