服务：I’m here to specifically show my appreciation to the staff of the hotel. I forgot my Airpod in the room when checking out and will only stay one more day in another town at least one hour away. The staff from the hotel worked with me with great patience to confirm my itinerary and shipping address. When there is not enough time to make a delivery with commercial services, one of the staff decided to personally take my lost items to my next hotel with no ask for charge. I have never experienced such a kind gesture.
I will not stay in any other hotels other than this one the next time I travel in the region.

Nice onsen hotel, staff are friendly, it’s right next to the river. Room is big enough. Dinner and breakfast have good amount of selections.

Nice view from our room, and thanks for the two Taiwan staff to answer our l questions patiently. It would be better if the shuttle bus could be earlier.

Location is quite good. We sleepy in a room with two floors and 4single beds. Outside the hotel has the amazing views. You can enjoy the outdoor onsen even with warm weather you will still enjoy it. The water of the river is so clear. Fresh , you can have a dip and get back to the onsen.
Food is enjoyable.

Since mu friend and I did a hiking trip, we walked to this accommodation. I think it would be better to drive or taking bus to there instead of walking. I really appreciate the outdoor onsen. The hotel is very close to the bus stop that taking us to our next hiking point, just a few minutes walk. There are some attractions nearby, like the big figure hanging on the bridge. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit them. If you’re staying here, you should arrive earlier and take a look at the surroundings. The front desk staff can speak Mandarin. So if you are a Chinese, you will find it easier to communicate. The hotel is very clean, because you need to change shoes everywhere.

A little bit disappointed on dinner and breakfast, it wasn’t traditional Japanese hot spring dinner/breakfast setup.
