We visited recently for an overnight stay (2 x adults, 1 x child) and while generally ok there are definitely some areas that could be improved on. We checked in just before 6pm on Sunday evening, the staff were flustered and unorganised. We weren't given any information about the Hotel or amenities adn after a long drive, were keen to get to the room and relax. The room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable, however we were a bit disappointed to find we would have to be sharing the double bed with our 3 year old! This made for an awkwards night sleep. In the morning we left around 9am - no staff to be seen anywhere so left the keys at the reception. Parking is a short stroll away, great for those visiting from out of town as we were.
